This Month: joy!
Kind promise: I will live joyfully without reason.

In January,I experienced new levels of pain and exhaustion but, having promised myself to joy, when I look back on the month, I feel joy.
I experimented with ways of inviting joy into my life.

I have found the slow running joy of living that lies beneath both sparkly and painful moments, that supports me like the diaphragm supports a deep breath.
