Kate is available to speak to your group.
Topics include:
Chronic Healing as Creative Transformation
Suppose that healing is a creative process, that “healing” and “illness” are
parts
of one process rather than opposing forces. This lecture/performance
blends
storytelling, poetry and prose to explore a model of chronic healing
as creative
transformation.
Befriending the Body
Our culture encourages us to detach from our bodies. Becoming ill,
we may feel
our bodies have betrayed us. This group creates space for reconnecting
to our
bodies through meditation, visualization and body awareness techniques.
Just for Today
When physical challenges arise, stinkin' thinkin' is
often not far behind. Kate
describes her experience with the twelve steps.
or ask for something customized for your group.
